Have you always wondered what the teacher really means when the suggest that you engage your bandhas, become aware of the prana inside you?
Have you wanted to really breakdown a certain pose and understand the correct way to move in and out of the poses?
Explore the ins and outs of Yoga Poses with Terry Campbell as we break down the basics of the
most commonly used poses in your classes. In this workshops we will take the time to learn how
the pose is to feel, build in the modifications and levels best suited to each of us, and take our
practice deeper. All Levels Welcome

TRX Basics Workshop
Starting TRX or wanting to go further with your levels? Learn the alignment of the most commonly used TRX exercises in this one hour workshop with Rebecca. We will take the time to go over specific technique for the exercises, modifications and levels, and understanding of what muscles the exercises are targeting.

Epic Concert series
Michelle is a full time dedicated and accomplished harpist with an extensive performing background and has been performing professionally in the Vancouver / Lower Mainland area for nearly 3 decades.
Few things can add the exquisite touch of both visual and musical beauty that a harp can. When your guests see that towering pillar, the graceful harmonic curve, and the finely carved accents.
Join Terry in a gentle hatha class as Michelle surrounds you in the sounds of the harp.
