COVID 19 safety procedures
We have implemented the following safety procedures using Fraser health authority and Work safe BC recommendations
Masks are required until you get to your mat or fitness station.
Signage located at entrance around stay at home if you are sick or been around someone who is sick.
Set up your mat behind the stickers on the floor.
Remind students as they arrive to stay 2 m apart while they check in and remove their shoes.
Min 30 min between classes to allow for cleaning.
Floors swept and washed between each class.
Bathroom and all touch points wiped with bleach solution.
Shoe cubicles wiped between classes.
Paper towels must be used for cleaning mats and equipment.
Students should exit through the back stairwell unless they need the elevator.
All students required to bring their own mats and props.
Students are welcome to bring their belongs with them to the mat.
Yoga classes limited to a maximum of 20 students.
TRX classes limited to 10 students.
Cardio/HIIT limited to 10 students.
Teachers are asked to modify fitness classes to minimize sharing of equipment.
Teachers monitor students for signs of illness and ask clients to leave if illness is noticed.
All equipment cleaned between sharing and after use before storing.
No loaning of mats, blankets, bolsters or sandbags.
Teachers are expected to stay on their mats or keep 2m away from students.
Waitlists need to be enforced. No exceptions.
Encourage students to use the online check in tool to eliminate congregation at the desk.
Encourage students to leave directly after class.
No hands-on adjustments.
