Chinese Mandarin Virtual Yoga (All levels)
Traditional Hatha yoga taught in Chinese Mandarin by Sammi Wang. This is a virtual class that will be done over Zoom therefore open to students across BC.
Focusing on physical postures, deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to your body, each posture may be held for up to 5 breaths. Emphasis is on core strength, flexibility, balance, concentration and breath control.
