What style of yoga is good for beginners?We recommend beginners start with a hatha class. Hatha yoga is great for all levels and it gives the teacher time scan the class and make adjustments.

Do I need to bring anything to yoga class?We recommend for yoga you wear clothing that allows you to move freely. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

What fitness class is good for beginners?A great class for beginners is the Strong and Steady class. Build functional strength, improve balance, and increase endurance in this full-body strength training class designed for all ages and fitness levels. Using a mix of equipment—including TRX Suspension Training®—you’ll move through intervals, to challenge your body safely and effectively. TRX remains a powerful part of the class, but it’s just one of the many tools we use to help you feel stronger and more confident in your movement. If you are looking for more cardio try the Strength and Cardio Circuit Class. Try them all with your intro pass and see what works best for you!

Do you have any specials for new clients?We have 2 great intro options for new clients, $75 for 1 month unlimited yoga and fitness or a single drop in is $18.
