Strong and Steady
Build functional strength, improve balance, and increase endurance in this full-body strength training class designed for all ages and fitness levels. Using a mix of equipment—including TRX Suspension Training®—you’ll move through intervals, to challenge your body safely and effectively. TRX remains a powerful part of the class, but it’s just one of the many tools we use to help you feel stronger and more confident in your movement.
Tabata Core and Strength
Perfect for increasing maximal oxygen uptake and quickly burning fat, Tabata classes consist of doing as many reps as possible of an exercise for 20 seconds, resting for 10, and repeating 7 more times. This class consists of at least 2 stations, combining weights with TRX, the BOSU ball, skipping, bands, and other fun equipment. Running shoes required.
Strength and Cardio Circuit
This energizing circuit-style class blends TRX Suspension Training® with a variety of strength-based movements to target your entire body. You'll move through stations using bodyweight, resistance equipment, and TRX to build cardio, strength, stability, and endurance. Each exercise is performed in intervals allowing you to work at your own pace while staying challenged. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build lasting functional fitness..
Postnatal TRX
Postnatal TRX is for all levels of postnatal moms past 8 weeks. Students will be guided through a gentle workout using the TRX suspension system. Postnatal TRX works at Mom’s own level, building from 6 weeks postnatal onwards. Options to bring your baby - post-crawling babies only.
TRX HIIT/FIT
With a combination of Cardio and TRX strength training, this workout gets your heart rate up and your waistline down and will help accelerate your fitness and health goals. High-Intensity Interval Training involves intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of rest only to transition to the next exercise. This boosts your metabolism and burns a ton of calories in a short amount of time. At the same time, you get to tone your body AND add more muscle to it!
